Welcome to a-MAZE-ing Memories. By using this website or engaging my services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

a-MAZE-ing Memories provides photo organizing, digitizing, memory preservation, and related services for both print and digital photo collections.

 

Each project is unique and will be discussed and agreed upon prior to work beginning.

 

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 25–50%) may be required for larger projects

• For some projects, work may be billed incrementally as services are provided

• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

 

Payments are typically processed through PayPal or another agreed-upon method.

 

3. Cancellations & Changes

Clients may cancel services at any time.

• Any work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid in full

• Deposits are applied toward work already performed

 

Rescheduling is flexible and can be arranged as needed.

 

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their project

• Participate in decision-making when needed (such as selecting photos or providing context)

• Maintain their own backup copies of digital files

 

While I take care in handling all materials, clients are ultimately responsible for maintaining backups of their digital collections.

 

5. Handling of Photos & Materials

Your photos and memories are treated with the utmost care.

• Physical photos, albums, slides, and keepsakes are handled carefully and respectfully

• All original materials will be returned to you

• Your images and materials will never be shared with others without your express permission

 

6. No Guarantee / Best Effort

Every project is approached with care and expertise; however:

• Results may vary depending on the condition of materials provided

• Some photos may be damaged, incomplete, or beyond repair

• Organization and identification may rely on available information

 

Services are provided on a best effort basis, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable precaution is taken:

• a-MAZE-ing Memories is not liable for loss or damage beyond reasonable control (such as pre-existing damage, unforeseen technical issues, or events outside normal handling conditions)

• Clients are encouraged to maintain copies or backups of important materials

 

8. Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership of their photos and materials.

Any completed projects (such as albums, digital collections, or slideshows) are created for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

 

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text and images, is the property of a-MAZE-ing Memories and may not be copied or reused without permission.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
